I am an architect with a Bachelor's degree from La Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, and a Master's in Sustainable Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña in Barcelona, Spain. My professional journey spans over six years, during which I have actively participated in the development of residential, commercial, institutional, and interior architectural projects across diverse locations, including Colombia, the United States of America, and the United Arab Emirates.
My passion for architectural design focuses on creating habitable spaces and exciting atmospheres while being environmentally responsible. I am particularly interested in optimizing building energy efficiency through simulations based on diverse climate studies, always considering the aesthetic, economic, and social impacts of projects from an objective, logical, and critical perspective.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to projects that vary in scale and complexity, from small residential renovations to large commercial and institutional developments. My work emphasizes sustainable practices, aiming to reduce environmental impact while enhancing the quality of life for occupants. I believe architecture should address not only the immediate needs of users but also anticipate future requirements and changes, ensuring long-term usability, relevance, and a reduced carbon footprint throughout the building's entire lifecycle.
